• Can you guys make any jacket? Any design? 

Yes, our master tailors have more than 30 years of experience in pattern drafting. We can replicate almost any jacket in any design. If you have photos of a jacket you have seen a celebrity wear or an expensive designer jacket that you like. All you have to do is share those photos with us, describe any further details if applicable and we will make that jacket for you. You can choose from wide range of leathers and fabrics. We even offer designing help if needed. 

• Do you guys charge for the quotation and consultation for a custom jacket?

No, all discussions and consultation for a custom order is completely free of cost. You would only pay after you are satisfied and place the order.

• Can you guys make any jacket in any material or leather?

Yes, absolutely! Leather is our passion and we strive to get the best quality leather along with keeping in mind your budget. We like to be completely transparent  about  the materials and leather we use.  Before placing any order you can always choose the type and quality of leather. We have articles written to educate you about the different types and qualities of leather.

• What types of leather do you guys work with?

We offer wide ranges of leathers including lambskin, cowhide, calfskin, buffalo hide, goatskin, sheepskin, deerskin and horsehide as well. There are different grades, thickness and qualities of leather you can choose from depending on your budget. We have over 50 colors you can choose from and can even get the leather specially dyed in any custom color of your choice.

• Do you guys make jacket in any other fabrics other than leather?

Yes, even though leather is our specialty and passion, we have tailors that specialize in working with woolen fabric. Additionally, we can make jackets with cotton, polyester and satin as well.

• How do you order a Custom Jacket?

If your order is an unusual design or has very specific requirements, you can always contact us at aj.tncgroup@icloud.com and we will assist you further in getting your custom jacket made.

• I am concerned about ordering a custom jacket online. What if it doesn't fit or doesn't come out the way I wanted it?

Your concerns are completely reasonable.  We at Tysoro understand that it can be daunting to order  a custom jacket online without actually seeing the jacket. We have a well thought out process for all our custom orders which minimizes the errors that can occur.

• Sizing Issues

We always prefer to get your body measurements to make your jacket which would greatly minimize the chances of the jacket not fitting you. Our expert tailors will make sure the jacket fits you perfectly. We have a measurements guide to help you take your measurements and we will usually be able to catch it if your measurements seems off. Bespoke tailored jackets always fit.

• Quality Issues

We try to be as transparent as possible about the quality of the materials we use. We at Tysoro stand by the quality of our products and try to source the best leather from the renowned tanneries. However, we want to give everyone a chance to get a custom jacket made even on a low budget, so you can choose the quality of the leather according to your budget. You can see the reviews left by our customers on both the website and google as well who were nothing but satisfied by our service and quality. 

• Design Issues

We always do a final quality check before sending out the jacket where design errors can be caught and fixed if any. We also share photos of custom orders with you before dispatching to minimize any errors that were missed.

• I have received my Custom Jacket and it doesn't fit me or look the way I expected it. Can I return it?

Custom designed jackets cannot be returned for a refund as it was made uniquely according to your requirements. However, if the jacket does not fit you the way you expected and if it was an error on our part, we would gladly alter the jacket for you free of charge.
